These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the StoryVox, StoryVox Pro, and StoryVox Cloud software applications ("Software") developed and published by Gain Publications ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, installing, or using any of these applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use one copy of the Software on your personal computer(s) for personal or commercial use. This license is for a single user. You may install the Software on multiple computers you own, but it may not be shared, sublicensed, or distributed to other individuals.

You are solely responsible for obtaining and paying for your own provider accounts, for complying with each provider's terms, and for any charges those providers apply. Gain Publications is not a party to your agreement with any provider and is not responsible for provider availability, pricing, output, or policies.
The Software, including all code, design, graphics, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Gain Publications and is protected by copyright law. Your purchase grants a license to use the Software — it does not transfer ownership of the Software itself.
